H&M Polka Dot Blouse

This is a light weight, blue sheer sleeveless blouse from H&M. I know in the pictures it looks black but it is really a navy blue with white dots. It is a US 16 which I would say fits like an XL. It has a cute bow on the front and is in great condition. It hasn't been worn often and would make a great addition to any closet.
