H&M Polka Dot Boxy Popover Blouse, Size 6

This pretty lightweight blouse has white polka dots with a hint of yellow on them on a black background. There is also yellow piping on bottom of blouse and cuffs. Fabric content is 53% modal and 47% rayon/viscose. Blouse has a mandarin collar and 4 hidden buttons on top. Measurements are length 24” and pit to pit 21”. Blouse is in very good condition.
