This fun summer dress is perfect for picnicking or lounging by the water on hot days. The smocked square neckline allows the dress to be worn on or off the shoulder, while the balloon sleeves and bottom flounce add swishy volume, all in a vivid rose pink cotton. The high-low hem is approximately 47" from the shoulder in front and 51" in back, and the general fit is oversized--this easily fit me as a usual size US 12/14. Two size mediums available, both in very good condition with no stains or tears.
