H&M Racing Stripe Skirt (23” long)

Suuuuper cute skirt with racing stripes. Has an extra front piece and a double ring buckle. Material feels like silk but is modal and polyester - super easy to take care of. The size says 6 but with this brand, sizes run small. Waist is 13”.
