Very pretty pattern and details on this blouse that’s perfect for summer! Puffy sleeves, billowy top that cinches right below the chest and slight peplum beneath that. Square neckline with sleeves that could be worn off the shoulders. Light weight material that feels sort of like linen. Love this top a lot. I never actually wore it out anywhere. It just didn’t work with my body. It would look so cute on someone else! From a smoke-free and pet-free home. Excellent condition.
