H&M Ruffled Blue Dress

This fun little blue dress has a sweetheart neckline with adjustable straps. From the waist down the dress has blue and white ruffles made from polyester fabric. The dress is a size 6. There is some elastic on the top of the dress (see picture) but the fabric overall has little stretch so it does run small.
