H&M Silky Black Off The Shoulder Blouse

Extremely silky material on this black off-the-shoulder blouse by H&M. It has an elastic band at the top to keep it in place and additional bands on the wrists to give a flare look to the sleeves. It is a flowy material and 100% polyester with high-shine. Size 14 and fits like an XL.
