H&M Skinny dressy pants size 2 (but fits 0 or XS much better)

Cleaning out closet because clothes don’t fit me anymore. This is an h&m skinny dress type pants. It says size 2, but I think it would fit a XS or size 0 better. The back pockets and pockets with buttons are faux (fake). There’s side pockets on front. There are some / usual signs of wear such as linting. I’ll try to clean off before shipping.
