H&M Skirt

Navy blue and off white striped skirt with pockets. Elastic waistband, would be cute worn high rise! Approximately 19” long and has a 29” waist. Never worn! This skirt is a size small but since it’s flowy and has a stretchy waistband would definitely fit a medium and maybe a large if worn high rise. 100% cotton. Machine wash warm, hang dry.
