H&M Sleeveless Dress

Dark blue sleeveless dress with an elastic cinched waist, two layered skirt and keyhole back. Length comes to just about the knees for me (I’m 5’3”). Very soft, cool material. It’s great for a small formal event. Only worn once, condition is like-new!
