Size small from H&M. Waistband is approx. 15.5" across but super stretchy. Metallic/pewter color hardware on back of neckline and ends of string tie at waist. Super stretchy waist. Dress is all pleats and a dark green teal color. Round neckline, V-shaped opening at back with decorative bar-shaped bead at back of neck, and elasticized seam with removable tie belt at waist. Laser-cut hem.
