The perfect travel skirt--folds up to nothing, never wrinkles. Cute elasticized banded construction, from stretch scalloped overlapping bands. Form fitting but will accommodate different sizes due to the stretch - i think sizes 8-12. Note that the skirt has a rise at the front center hem, so is shorter in the center than at the sides by .5 inch. A deep navy blue with interesting texture.
