@mcm110 here are the measurements. It is comparable to a women’s size 16-18 top. The fabric is a bit stretchy so can accommodate layers underneath:
Arm length: 24 in
Waist inch: 36.5-41.25 (with stretch)
For reference, I am 5’5” and it falls at my waist.
