Black vichy -white and frilly Victorian style. Vintage blouse with a creamy black and white pattern. High collar, buttoned closure on the side, hidden under a steering wheel. Froufrous at the end of each sleeve and on the front of the shirt for a Victorian style. Sleeves a little gigot. The fabric is iridescent and slightly transparent.
