H&M Tropical print on black ruffled hem dress

Ruffled hem dress. Tropical (trees, leaves, tigers, birds) print in off-white or cream on black. Elasticized collar (can be worn on oroff shoulders). 3/4 wide bell sleeves with ruffled cuffs. Elasticized waist. Fabric is polyester. Fabric belt missing, but would look nice wit a black, brown, or cream belt in fabric or leather. Nice and swingy — take it dancing. Belt not included. Size tag is missing, but please see my lay-flat measurements for additional size information. Armpit to armpit: 19 1/2” Waist (elasticized so will stretch well) 14” Length from shoulder to hem: 36” This garment is pre-owned, but in very good condition.
