H&M black lace white collar mod mini dress

This dress has never been worn. It's black lace, with a liner in the torso but the sleeves are lace alone. The dress is marked size 16, but runs pretty small so I list it as a 14. It hits just above the knee and features a zip in back and button at the collar. Super cute dress I just never got around to wearing. Make me an offer!
