H&M black sequin dress

Black 3/4” sleeve dress with polyester lining. The back is a scoop cut with two string on either shoulder. Can be tied in a cute bow or tucked in, your choice! Fabric is very lightweight and shiny under lights. The sequins are matte black in various sizes. There are no holes/missing sequins from what I can see. Worn once on New Years in 2011 I think!
