Chic H&M black skirt - size 8. Perfect for holiday parties! Fitted waistband with satin material (2.75” wide). Side zipper. Skirt has sheer top layer that has pleats 2/3 down and then is more flowy. Hits above knee. Separate lining layer. Approx 18” down side seam from bottom of waistband to hem. Another classic find!
