H&M blouse with eyelash detailed sleeves

Navy blue blouse from H&M with fun sleeves Chiffon material Brand new with tags Size 2 fits like a bigger small in my opinion, I would’ve been happier with a size smaller. It looks to big for me when wearing which is why I never wore it. Oversized, but not in a good way! Would look so cute paired with jeans & a vest for a casual look or easily dressed up. Sleeve detailing is cute & fun but still classy IMO All marks are on the mirror
