HM drop waist dress

This is a beautiful, drop waist dress with 3/4 length sleeve. It is light weight so it will work for both summer and fall. The blue and white print is reminiscent of tribal prints but not quite that bold. The length is 33.5”, bust is 17” and sleeve is 17.5”.
