H&M fall dress

H&M 3/4 length sleeve dress, ivory with black and green polka dots. Sleeves tie at the bottom. Is slightly sheer. This dress is cute with a sweater layered over and sleeves rolled up to see the ties, or paired with tall boots. I’m 5’3” for length reference. Could fit XS, S or M
