H&M divided, size 10, floral tiered dress with cool toggle feature. You can pull the toggle and loosen to make the dress bigger by the arms and stomach area. Beautiful floral pattern with neon accent. There is a small stain (as seen in photos) which is barely noticeable since its a busy print!
