H&M mid-sleeve flare dress

Black dress with red rose pattern. Snug fit at the top and arms, loose from waist down. Has bottom layer underneath for the skirt area. Sleeves are elbow length with slight flare at the end. No zipper, has 2 buttons in the back neck area.
