@ginamkanexoxo it is true to size. I just am a bit tall and it's a little short for me. I do not have the measurements. It has gores and I believe hangs in the bias so has a nice flow and fits nicely.

Low hip 44" approx. Bust 38" approx. I laid flat to measure and doubled measurements for full circumference.
Bottom of Armhole to hem is approx 25"
It should fit a C or D bust. It is a bit smaller than my recollection it may fit more smaller range of 12 closer to a 10 consistent with H&M fit.
