H&M navy and white short sleeve dress

It has a fin print with navy placquard down the front with 12 covered buttons that loop to close. It has a thin waist tie that comes from a rectangle feature in the back and ties at front. Very lightweight crepe fabric. Easy breezy for summer. Good condition. Just mentioning the fine stitching on the tie has let some fraying occur on a small length of the tie. If this is a problem I can mend it before the sale. And send pics.
