H&M off the shoulder blouse

New without tags. Can be worn on or off the shoulders. Backside has stretchy ruching. Front side can be tied tighter to make shorter, or strings can be let lose to have front of too longer. Absolutely adorable and super soft fabric! Fits I’d say between a small to medium.
