Comfortable cotton romper from H&M. Subtle frill detail all around the top. Straps to create a halter top. I preferred to wear it strapless by tucking the straps into the top. Pockets on both sides. Perfect one piece outfit. You could wear it as a cover up to the beach or at night with cute wedges!
