Absolutely new, still has the plastic but I've lost/ or thrown away the paper tag. Beautiful #royalblue purse with a long strap and #silver #detailing. Love, love, love it but unfortunately I need bags to be a little bigger than this! Cute for every season, model at the store paired it with a #leather jacket, black jeans and silver accessories!
