H&M ruffle cotton black mini shift dress XS

Worn once or twice. Wrinkled from storage. Thin cotton. Elastic at sleeves, but no stretch otherwise. Button closure at neck. 100% cotton poplin length from shoulder 32" armpit to armpit 16" I do take offers, but please be reasonable. Smoke free home, but I do have a dog and cats.
