H&M spring green pencil skirt dress w chiffon top. Top is crew neck in front, with a sweet v-neck back. Top is a layered chiffon that blouses out over a texture stretchy pencil skirt. Hits at the knee with a slit in the back. Perfect for work with a blazer, or a date night out! In perfect condition, never worn. Not the right color for me.
