beccb @jerrahdee3 sleeves are 23" from the shoulder, and length is 15" from the armpit but falls slightly lower in the back. Measured flat the chest is 24". I'm 5'1 and wear a L/XL depending on brand. This is a bit loose and hits me at the hips. Hope that helps 😊
