H&M sweetheart neckline blue rose dress

Gorgeous H&M sweetheart neckline strapless blue rose dress. Blue rose pattern dress with crinoline underneath to add volume. Sweetheart neckline. Has a gel like grip along the sweetheart neckline to give extra stability and hold. Size 6 listed but fit is NOT a true 6. Fits smaller. This dress is snug on me in the bodice. I’m 5’2” and 118 lbs Bra size 32DD. I typically wear a size size 0 in LOFT, size 1 in Ted Baker, size 2 in Calvin Klein and Reformation or size XS in Express dresses to help give you an idea on size.
