H&M x Mugler Jersey Cut-out Pants

Sold Quality fabric, fit beautifully and like a glove to any shape. Worn once to Renaissance! Had to get them professionally altered because the waist did not fit. It’s 18 1/2 inches with additional stretch. The material is very thick so the alteration was $50 and had to done by hand, but could be taken out if needed to be resized in that area. Measurements flat Hip 21” with stretch up to 3” Waist 19” Rise 14” Length 45”
