susan597 Hello I see that scammer nokikudo or whatever his name tried lowballing you too.. unfortunately I sold him a 14k solid Byzantine necklace and he finally picked it up after sitting at post office for days and opened a not as described case..I've been waiting 0 days for and answer and emailed posh 30 times with no answer. I listed for 750 and he talked me down to 480, and I had it appraised and it appraised for 1295.

susan597 So all this time he has my necklace and I have not gotten the money. Case under review for 10 days?! That's crazy. I even paid for the appraisal so this crap would not happen. I'm sick at the stomach. I reported posh to BBB and their rating is 88% negative on there. They don't even have a phone number for customer service. Has this ever happened to you? I took all my jewelry off my closet. Thank you very much.

thephoenixmama @susan597 Oh man, that guy.... He has continually offered me less than scrap. But he sure looks upscale...with that stock BMW photo as his profile picture, right?! 🙄😏🙄 I have not had any issues like that, fortunately. Typically, I have been able to get a feel of my customers, and check out their stats, and whatnot.

thephoenixmama @susan597 Interesting...$480. Just under $500.... My suggestion, for the future, is to not drop below $500, on an expensive item. This way, it is sent directly to Posh concierge, where they will verify it's authenticity, before sending it on to the customer.

thephoenixmama @susan597 So, what is happening, during the 10 days?? Are they having him either send it to concierge, or prove...something...with his own jeweler's report...or....??? My guess is that he thinks he can destroy it in some way, then maybe posh will automatically offer him some relatively small credit, should he choose not to return it. However, this cannot possibly fly. Especially with something so high in value, and scam worthy.

thephoenixmama @susan597 You obviously have photos (presumably detailed) and an appraisal. Posh claims to have your back. If he does not return it, that is a pretty big red flag! My advice: Make sure you request (insist) that the return go through the concierge, so that he cannot switch it out, or send you an empty box.

Super-sucky situation. 😕 Makes me think...I will follow my own advice, if anything like this were to happen in the future.

susan597 Thank you so much for the advice! I learned a huge lesson from this. Just as I contacted my attorney, they actually released my funds and said that I won the case! Yes he kept trying for 450 and I kept saying no...I actually had no idea it was worth that much until I got the appraisal! I think I paid maybe 200 on eBay years ago. Yes he's a big fake...I did a lot of counter-intelligence on him, I even googled his home and everything!

susan597 He lives in a apartment building in LA...I don't think he really has any money because on his Facebook he posts everything he buys like a Apple computer, etc..he's so gross too..he has photos of himself in the ocean with a little speedo on, 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭☠️☠️☠️, a Versace speedo tho..🤣🤣🤣🤣disgusting really. Anyways I reported posh to bbb for not getting back to me but at least I got my money back!👏👏👏thank you so much!
