bloomsclothing @jessicarenaexo Since the dress has a deep v-neck front drop, it's going to open no matter what. What most girls do is wear a lace bralet or something else underneath if it opens too big at the bust. The measurements are flat (laying flat on a table) bust 19" and wait 13" (waist is elastic and stretches to 22") Let me know if you need anything else!
