Soft and stretchy material. Straps are not adjustable but it fits nicely. Top part fits slightly small for the ladies with larger breasts so beware if that's you! 5th picture shows how it fits me with the cinch below my breast and the 6th shows how it fits me with the cinch resting on the lower half of my breast.
