mollyodurkin @dreacouture I'm sorry if you interpreted my tone as aggressive. That's not what I was trying to do at all. If you read my description it says "let's make poshmark enjoyable and beneficial for all". I am new to postmark and have read horror stories of people sending out an $1800 LV bag and getting nothing in return. I did undergrad for political science and legal studies and am applying to law and there are surprisingly tons of avenues you can use if you get scammed out of a trade on poshmark believe it or not. It wasn't intended to be a threat more of just a fair warning and encouragement not to scam another person out of a trade because that is just wrong.

mollyodurkin @dreacouture wow I'm sorry that's horrible! My post isn't about $5 things more like things like yours where the person loses thousands of dollars. The waiver you sign has nothing to do with "trading" because "trading" is not supported by postmark. So that waiver has no influence on what you can/can't do because trading is done outside of poshmark. If you want to continue to debate this you can email me at Durkin.molly@yahoo.com. I'm just advocating for people to do the right thing and a warning like this is here to deter them from violating me/others. Seeing as this happend to you personally I'm not quite sure why you are trying to dispute or discredit this. I want poshmark to be a happy, enjoyable, and fair experience for all. I'm assuming you do too so again I'm not sure why you are trying to create an issue. If you don't agree you can move on.

amrowe28 @mollyodurkin ^^ the above comment is hilarious to me because I sent a girl to jail for 6 months for scamming me. It is a federal crime and I'm pretty sure attorneys will worry about anything that brings them money. I didn't think she threatened anyone, I will press charges on ANYONE who tries to steal from me. You will get A LOT of nasty people on here girl, just block them and move on! That's how I've only dealt with amazing women, I just block those who say nasty things for no reason! Don't worry about it girl.

amrowe28 @mollyodurkin and she had no desire to argue with you?! Then why did she keep commenting?! There was nothing she could do about her lost bag because she was lazy! I always get insurance to cover my bag costs, and any way I can to protect my items I worked hard for. Her comments are stupid, immature and unfounded. She just feels dumb she even said anything about it. Don't let people like that make you think all of us on posh are as low as her.

mollyodurkin @amrowe28 you are so right! I said the exact same thing last night "a lawyer will care about anything that brings them money" I was dumbfounded when she came on just to attack me. I would have ignored it and kept browsing like most people who didn't want to argue or had better things to do would have. I thought about it last night and I really just think she is mad that she didn't do anything about her chanel bag because she probably didn't realize she could so now she is just projecting to make herself feel better about her loss of $5,000. @amrowe28 you are awesome and def my favorite posher I have met thus far!

bellasbeauties I was just reading that back in March you had a LV bought . I got a fake Fendi they ps the seller , at the time posh had problems with their site, I had sent many pics showing it was fake
