@mmaslan - Hi Marla π you can, but it has full coverage so not really necessary. A silicone bra or silicone pasties would be ideal. I wear those with dresses like these and they're a life saver π

@mmaslan - Hi Marla π I just took the measurement for the large. Its 15". You do have an elastic back to help with a little leeway, but I'm afraid it wouldn't accommodate your bustline. π―π
