kg218 @dannidramaqueen yes slightly, it doesn't have a lot of give. I have extremely small wrists and I can't bend it enough for me. It doesn't fall off but it's close-my wrists are smaller than my give year olds! I could easily be for normal to larger wrists

kg218 @dannidramaqueen mine are 5.5", it fits me but loosely, too loose but not falling off. I think it would fit you loose or perfect. It bends enough to open to wedge your wrist in but it's not super bendy..LOL hope that helps! I actually love this cuff and may keep it, I just wish it fit me better I'd wear it more! I'm a hair stylist so it really bugs me being too loose when I'm working
