This is another of my OOAK creations for my Manifest brand of vintage, up-cycled jewelry. I call it ‘Its always darkest before the dawn” because these colors - deep muted purples and reds - remind of Dawn just as the sun is rising. Biwa pearls come from Biwa Lake in Japan and are considered highly collectible and rare fresh water pearls. These are especially amazing as they are vintage and dyed in gorgeous shades of purple, red and pink. Surrounded by vintage garnet beads, crystals, Japanese glass beads, the result is stunning. It’s a double strand but the shorter choker strand can be worn as a double wrap bracelet. An Extraordinary piece!
