boutiquebisel Ok. I just had a good call about your skirt. I need to know what size you wear normally and I'll send you the measurements she has for that size. It's her baseline and there is room to go up a bit or down. It also comes in navy blue, magenta and ivory plus the black which is very elegant and there's so much you can do with finding the right top/tops. boutiquebisel Ok Zoe, this is her measurements of this flowing skirt with tight waist band: Waist is 30 inches Hips are 40 inches Overall Height is 67 inches This is US SIZE 10 measurements for her skirt She said that after the holidays she's doing some new designs but will recreate your skirt, handmade, with these measurements unless you wish to change any of the measurements. boutiquebisel @madness22 please excuse my delay in responding, no a woman from the U.K. In an artist colony in India, everything is hand sewn with different choices of fabric at most times of the year. Between measuring, cutting and enddesign and then shipping, the usual wait is somewhere between 16-20 days to clear US customs. She's in her new collection for spring and summer now and will switch in end of October for the holidays.

Depending on the type of pants, Israel and Bulgaria have fantastic creative women who manage most of the design to completion process and there beautiful.
