Adorable little party dress. Worn once size small. Stretchy material. I’m a size 5 and it was very comfortable. Upper body is a spandex material. Bottom is bell shape and is puffy when worn. Almost like you have a crinoline underneath. Neckline and sleeve ends have a leather like trim. See pics for more details.
