PRICE IS FIRM -- One of a kind 1930s style evening dress Barbara Barbara brand with shoulder pads and fishtail/mermaid style skirt. In excellent condition. Stunning! Size 12. Approximate measurements are: waist 30 inches, pit to pit 20 inches, from shoulder to top of waistband 16.5 inches, from top of waistband to hem 31 inches in front and 34 inches in back. 100% rayon, soft comfortable fabric. If you're looking for a classic, Hollywood style vintage evening dress, this is the one! ❤️ Looks fantastic on! Originally $300, this is a STEAL!! Best Halloween costume ever 🙂 Shoulders have pads on the inside (easily removed if necessary) and on the outside, high quality pleating, which adds to the drape of the dress. V-neck with inside button to keep the neckline from being too deep (not buttoned in photos, so V shows deep). Side ruching creates a body con look with buttons all down the front (but off to the side). Buttons are black, probably Bakelite, with a clear, sparkly rhinestone-type bauble in the middle of each one. Long sleeves with button on each sleeve and working loop (can be unbuttoned, not just for show). Dress ends in a large mermaid tail flounce. Pattern is black and gray flowers and leaves with a sort of cracked glass pattern behind them. Wear to your New Year's Eve party and stand out from the crowd of little black dresses.
