Gorgeous flowy slitted maxi skirt. Worn on one occasion. Waistband is slightly stretchy, skirt held up mostly by ribbon tie. A little loose for me when the ribbon is not tied, but fine when it is. No zip. Wear as casual or classy wear! I'm 5'3 and this falls right at my feet when waistband pulled above my tummy. Had to wear with heels.
