freepeopleluva @urbanlove well my practice now is mostly Bikram ( shhh that's a bad word nowadays lol) but also vinyasa and I have done some unwinding with kundalini, but my main practice is bikram or should I just say hot yoga haha! did u watch The vanity fair episode on bikram ? Certainly gave him even a worst reputation at this point, but I guess I can say it this way, I don't like what he's done but I love the yoga!!

freepeopleluva @urbanlove the sweat is good for me because I have rheumatoid arthritis ( it's autoimmune disease) and for some reason once I started sweating with bikram it really helped my RA

That's what the whole issue was him trying to sue everyone that taught the postures/sequence but he didn't create the postures but he supposedly created the sequence ..and then all the women suing him for inappropriate episodes at his teacher trainings .I should give you my phone number I wish there was a way to private message on here it's so ridiculous that they don't have that ,l

The thing that happened yesterday I felt awful trying to explain on here too !! Ughhh I put it as nicely as I could it was downright rude !!! urbanlove @freepeopleluva summits his cousin is also very touchy feely he got in trouble too 😂😂😂😂😂 I was taking classes from my guru Ashim and he taught the exact poses passed down from yogananda passed down generations .. He was a direct descendant and bikrim tried to stop them too !!! So much to share I took classes alll day everyday with him. And then went to training at night

I mean hatha yoga has been around for thousands of years he did not create it bishnu ghosh was Bikrams guru and he created it sooo as far as I know all bikram did was take it to America and use the hot room , so I guess this is why he pretty much lost all these lawsuits LOL
