lbartz1 @purpldeuce Ty very much. I decided to buy 2 brand new ones. This would have been a snug fit across my bust line and if I i wore a sweater top it would be uncomfortable. I like to have extra moving room in jackets due to long car rides. Ty so much. I appreciate all the time you spent with me.

purpldeuce @bygrace813 It does not say specifically anywhere on the coat. It's 78% Ployester and 22% Rayon. It's more a fabric material than a water repellent material but I'm not 100 % certain.
