nkathy I sent this listing to one of the host and the dress from my closet ... I just got lucky. But thats how you do it. Whenever theres a party Share the listings of the Party Host & tag them in a listing of yours that is appropriate to the party theme.

rmccouture YES! But the party is over! It's perfect! I will put it into my host pick page, which I will publish from Pinterest tomorrow, as one that should have been there but was overlooked. Your friend nkathy was right, partially. Sharing the listings of the cohosts is the best way to get their attention (like, sharing a whole lot of their listings!) Doing it a week before the party, and then doing it again and again is one way to go...

rmccouture What I do is share their listings during the party to the party. I used to think that was tacky, but actually, hosts can't share their own closets because every share that a host makes during the party is an automatic host pick. I shared one listing from my closet tonight, and it was requesting that letters be written to PM to have a tribute party for a member who died last week...

rmccouture Another thing to do is to ask questions of the poshers who have a lot of followers, or of the party hosts themselves, a few days prior to the party. For example, if you had written to me and said, "hey Amanda, I'm Maddy. I'm new to posh, and I was wondering how people get Host Picks. If you get a chance, could you let me know? Thanks!" I would have totally answered you, and I would have seen your bag, and given you an HP...

rmccouture That's just me. The feeds of cohosts are totally bananas for weeks prior to the party. I hated it. Some people love it, but it was hard for me to find questions from buyers, hard for me to look at all of the emoticons all over the place, and just caused me confusion and frustration. There are some who are so aggressive about getting HPs that even if they have good stuff, they're annoying ways turns people off.
