nmatison @devonbernier I apologize for the delayed response! Definitely a Medium. I only wear either medium or large. My mannequin has weird shoulders that stick out at the top🤦🏻‍♀️. I can get measurements for you in the morning when I am back to my closet if that helps! 💕

devonbernier @nmatison thatd be great. maybe a layed flat measurement around the narrow, elastic section of the dress. sdditionally, is this a one-layer t-shirt material and do the shoulders tend to stay in place or would i be making adjustments throughout the day? do sorry on all the questions. ive just purchased so many items on PM recently that dont fit or dont match the descriotion that im trying to be slightly savvier on my buys.

nmatison @devonbernier no worries! So laying flat the Elastic section that sits right under the bust, is about 14.5 inches across, but EXTREMELY stretchy. Can stretch to about 27 inches across easily. It is one layer, material is 97% Rayon and 3% Spandex, so very soft and stretchy all around. The shoulders can be worn as a cowl neck look or an off the shoulder. It should stay in place. The stretch definitely helps.
