@laver2nds hey, so the skirt is in excellent almost new condition, no stains or tears. I measured the waist (which is elastic) with a button/loop closure. The fabric not including the buttons, loops or any stretch is about 30" with a12" length. The hem or flair measures 40" inches. So depending on where your hips are it can ride low or sit higher. It stretches a good bit. I can try and give your the maximum width in inches I think it would fit/flatter.

Sorry...just want to clarify βΊ30" waist, 40" around bottom hem and 12" vertical measurement from waist to hem? I think I may be mixed up as 12" seems much too short and 30" seems to wide. Also, what is the fabric %cotton %silk? Thank you in advance!
