tfullerton12 @ashleymbeck603 This material isn't that stretchy but it is empire waist so if you're little in the rib and chest/shoulder the XS may fit. I do have this dress in size small in the teal color also. 😊

tfullerton12 @0j0 Hi! I am 5'5, 118 pounds and a 36D. I usually wear an XS or S in Free People and would say that this is a true XS, it is too small for me in the chest area so I couldn't zip it up. 😊

tfullerton12 @j9keating Hi Janine! I am built a little like that as well, this fit me everywhere but I couldn't zip up because of my chest size, 36D. While on the hanger it looks like about 16 inches (a little more) across the shoulder.
